It&#8217;s a sure crowd-pleaser!<\/div>\n<div><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>4 cups slice fresh or frozen rhubarb<br \/>\n3 ounce box of strawberry or any red gelatin<br \/>\n3\/4 cup granulated sugar<br \/>\n1 box (15.25 ounce)\u00a0 white or yellow cake mix<br \/>\n1\/2 cup butter melted (salted butter is better here)<\/div>\n<div>2 cups cold water<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredients-container\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-group\">\n<ul class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredients\">\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions-container\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n<ol class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray a 13- by 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Arrange the rhubarb in an even layer in the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the jello over that, then top with the sugar.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sprinkle the yellow cake mix powder over all of that, then top with the melted butter and the cold water. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until the top is lightly browned and the rhubarb is bubbling.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">It\u2019s possible to serve the dump cake warm but it\u2019s MUCH easier to serve if you chill it for a couple of hours, until it sets up a bit.
