Toll House® Famous Fudge (recipe on the bag)
An all-time favorite, creamy chocolate fudge candy, can be varied easily by selecting different flavored morsels.
Ingredients
1 12 cups sugar
23 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
14 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 12 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, if desired
1 teaspoon vanilla
- STEP 1Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil. Set aside.
- STEP 2Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in medium heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling, 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- STEP 3Stir in marshmallows, chips, nuts and vanilla. Beat by hand until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate until firm (2 hours). Remove foil; cut into 48 pieces.
Make 24 servings, 2 pieces each.
